Our cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing or be processed on-line through the registration site. (You will need the password you created when you registered.) Requests postmarked or dated online prior to two weeks before the start of the event will receive a full refund less a $150 processing fee. There will be no refunds 4 weeks before the start of the event. No refunds or credits will be granted for late arrivals, early departures, or unattended sessions. You may send a substitute attendee in your place if you wish.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Bitmark Concepts

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to the website's designated agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO OR NOT COMPLYING WITH THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE. Bitmark Concepts respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users and visitors to do the same. Bitmark Concepts will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws.
